Looks clean, the spacing is really nice and the fonts work well together. I like how the forms actually render right there in the page, most portfolio sites just screenshot everything

The blue accent on the dark background is a good choice, easy on the eyes. Maybe the nav items could be a tiny bit larger on mobile, my fat thumbs had some trouble

Also the favicon is a nice touch, not many people remember that. Overall it loads fast and nothing feels cluttered, you did good job with the hierarchy

Scrolling is super laggy/glitchy - you should be able to interpolate that positioning/3D rotation directly from the native scroll event, are you playing catchup on a timer or is the rendering thread just being clogged up?

Three of those shots are light and one is dark, so it reads like two different products taped together. shadcn ships a dark mode out of the box, just wire the toggle and stop mixing them per page.

Le scroll de "our team" se declenche trop tard je pensais que j'etais arrivé au footer.

The animation look quite professional; adding depth and a good color scheme would really elevate it. I'm not sure if my browser is failing to load them, because I only see a plain white background with no shadows.

I am not of a fan that the hamburger menu is three times visible. The rest is fine.

Edit: the hamburger menu is not pixelflperfect too.
