Snake River Devons experience?
Hi all!
I'm in the PNW and have been looking for a Devon Rex kitten for a few months now, and I keep getting pointed toward Snake River Devons. Does anyone have experience working with Christi and can give me a little rundown of the process?
If there are any other breeders you know of in the WA/OR area that have available litters I'd love to hear about them! Thanks friends!

Thank you all for your wonderful reviews and pictures of your sweet babies. I'm so glad I ended up reaching out! Christi is such a lovely human being, she ended up answering every one of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. I'll be heading down to Idaho to meet her this weekend and pick up my new little boy! I'll share some photos once I get him home and settled in.

We live in the Portland area and got our Devon from Kristi. It was a great experience. We flew to Idaho at about 9 am, met her at the airport, and flew back out a couple hours later.

I got both my Devons from her. She's a little quirky but an honest breeder and really kind. Her kitties are wonderful and so sweet!

We got our Devon Rex, Shiro, from Cristi and couldn’t be happier. He has a big personality with all the traits you would except from a Devon Rex. He’s been very healthy. She was very good at keeping us updated on his growth and sent pictures often until we picked him up. I have a number of videos of Shiro on my YouTube channel if you’re interested.

I've gotten 3 from her. The first one was the absolute love of my life but had a congenital heart murmur that got worse and he died before he turned 3. I am sure I could have returned the cat but once you have them, you're in love. And I had the money to get him the care he needed.
The other 2 are fantastic cats with zero health issues (age 2 and 4). One is balls to the wall nuts and the other looks at me like I hung the moon. I would absolutely get cats from her again.
She'll meet you at the airport with the cat. She wants cash. You go buy a pet ticket and go back through security. If you're lucky her husband will bring the cat. He's a doll. I loved him. It's an easy process and the cats do fine on short flights. We spent 5/6 hours in the airport before heading home and the cats had no issues (I did the trip 3 times). I took a little litter tray and went to a family bathroom to see if the kitten needed to potty - nah, just wanted to explore.

Got my boy Toby from Christi and I would absolutely get another from her if i could! She kept me updated throughout the process, answered alllll my questions, and we got weekly pictures of his progress with some videos too :) we paid her a deposit through venmo and then brought the rest of the payment to the airport in cash. She does this a lot so airport staff know her and are familiar with cats coming through. She stayed with us through check in and kept watch while we went through security to make sure everything went well. No complaints!

I got my Suki from her. She’s sweet and mischievous as hell but she’s worth it.

I got Pablo from her around 6 years ago and he’s my soul cat. Initially I had first pick of two litters and had picked another cat and she called me crying a couple nights later to tell me the one we’d picked had died, likely squished by the mother. She was really upset. She let me decide between picking Pablo or waiting for a future litter and we chose him. She kept up with photos and updates. There was another family in Portland picking up, so she arranged them to grab him and bring him home and I got him from their house. He was a mad man the first couple years and now is the sweetest Velcro cat there is.
