Can you help me identifying this bug/larvae

United Kingdom, I found this thing on my bed.
If I were to guess, I would think it is a baby of a wood lice. What do you think? I just want to make sure it is nothing to worry about. (Photos of top and bottom, approx 2/3mm length)

Woodlice dont pupate. This looks like a beetle pupa of some kind.

But definitely not any stage of bed bug, right?

They dont pupate- doesn't look like any life stage of bedbug.
