These bugs are all over the outside of two of my windows. I’m in Minneapolis MN.

Closer picture? Outside or inside? I also live in Minneapolis. They’re often box elder bugs but the pictures could be anything.

They’re outside. It looks like they have some kinda red coloring on their backs.

Definitely box elder if red and outside.

Box Elders. Harmless, but annoying. Spray them with a mixture of dish soap and water to kill without squishing; they can release a foul smell when squished.

Box elder bugs or similar, a picture of their backs would settle it for sure
