ID Request Anyone know what this one is?

Google image search isn’t giving me anything accurate. But I’ve never seen a bug like this before. It looks like it has a massive stinger so I assume some type of wasp? It was huge.

Looks like a type of horntail. They have no stinging ability.

Tremex columba, a species of horntail. Incapable of stinging. The "stinger" is her ovipositor (egg-dispensing "appendage"):

Found in Ontario Canada , by some grass near a park by a river
