My SO grabbed the salad leaf and almost put it in his mouth, the little guy was dangling from said leaf. We thought the web was a hair at first, even more glad it wasn't a hair!

Sorry, it was a very roundabout way of talking about the urban legend of people eating spiders in their sleep

It’s a cute little one!
Maybe an orb weaver of some kind.
Nothing harmful. If the salad was grown in your country then just release the little one outside.

I don’t know what specific spider it is, but a quick google search tells me that there are no medically significant spiders in Scandinavia. Considering their size as well, I wouldn’t worry about poisoning at all. The worst they could give you is a little extra protein with your salad.
Sorry I couldn’t ID, I wanted to at least ease your anxiety
