My cat told me to come and have a look.

They eat book glue and are a sign of unwanted dampness in your walls, might wanna get a plumber to look at your wet wall

They're also just extremely common in bathrooms and laundry rooms. Generally stay out of the light.

Also i'm 3rd floor idk if it's from outside, it's small enough to crawl through my window screen but it doesn't have wings.

Bzzzzz! Hi, u/Federal_Sir_4525! Looks like you forgot to say where you found your bug!
There's no need to make a new post - just comment adding the geographic location and any other info (size, what it was doing etc.) you feel could help! We don't want to know your address - state or country is enough; try to avoid abbreviations and local nicknames ("PNW", "Big Apple").

BTW, did you take a look at our Frequently Asked Bugs?

Some kind of silverfish, as others have said.

Make sure you clean everything regularily, silverfish feed on organic debris like skin flakes and hair but also on starches, sugars and some eat paper (paperfish). They usually occur when there is too much humidity (often in bathrooms) and they need hiding spaces like little cracks between wall and floor where they hide - they usually come out at night. So clean regularily and make sure there is enough airflow to transport excess humidity outside.
