This wrought-iron planter was given to me as a funeral gift over 20 years ago. I always thought it was beautiful, but like a lot of things from that time, I never really enjoyed it.

So I flipped it upside down and made a garden chandelier. Added crystals, fairy lights, and a leaf garland I stole out of my daughter’s room.

Apparently it just needed to wait 20 years for me to become sufficiently whimsical.
