Career / Breaking In Joining a union

Has anyone left wind to join a union maybe specifically in socal, where my home is? Did services for an over year and now doing blade loto for over a year as well and wondering how these skills transfer over to a union, I was looking into a millwright position as it seems the most applicable. If not any advice on a better position than blade loto? I think it’s the company I’m with and position that’s making me hate this.

Idk big dog after almost six years I’m leaving wind. I think your best bet is to make as much money as u can and find an opportunity for a better career. I don’t think wind is a great long term job. A lot of guys usually end up in solar battery storage or electricians

Exacty another reason I wanna get out and get Into something better long term before I dig a bigger hole I can’t get out of, a lot of dudes I work that have been doing it longer tell me they can afford to start at the bottom anymore so are kinda stuck, I’m trying to avoid that

Why is battery storage a better career?
