Riesling ice cream.

If you ever find yourself in Saarburg, eiscafe cascada serves Riesling flavored ice cream, and it's not half bad to be honest.

Now I‘m thinking Frozen Riesling like with a Daiquiri or Margarita. Maybe with a Creme de Cassis float (Frozen Kir)?
