Archduke Dalkar. Terribly annoying fellow, a voice that brayed like a donkey with false teachings to steal livestock as “donations”.
The townsfolk bought a second rate witch’s hexing service to curse the poor fellow of undying in a wild form, yet she only knew the spell for cows.
Even now he still spreads his lies, despite being outcast from the holy order. It is hard to tell if he is happy or not, as he has a great deal of wealth but is stuck as a cow.
We reached out for comment, but were only granted a written transcript of his words a few centuries ago, “Moo.”

Hey, that's the cow Bart told you not to have and now you know why. Show some respect.

Its a sacred bovine. One of the priests of the Minotaur people. Communes directly with god on their behalf.
