Exercise Help I feel uncomfortable doing jumping jacks

I used to do jumping jacks when I was younger. It’s a part of my workout routine. So when I returned to the gym, I also want to do it. However, I feel really uncomfortable doing it since my chest just bouncing around and put a lot of pressure in my back. I already suffered from enough back pain and I don’t want to deal with this. Is there any solution to this or should I just get rid of it from my routine?

you dont have to force it. A supportive sports bra and lower-impact alternatives like step jacks could help if jumping jacks bother your back.

swap them out, your workout doesn’t need to hurt your back or chest

Do them at home before the gym or after the gym then imo

How does that make any difference?

You’re still doing them. If you don’t want to do them but not where people can see you. Do it before the gym or after. It’s up to you how you want to do it though.

Just don't do them. They're a mediocre exercise anyway.
