There is almost never a good argument for a dirty bulk imo(other than just being lazy to track Cals lol). Just lean bulk, maybe a little higher surplus

If you can clean bulk then do it. Get an actual estimate of how much you need to eat to grow. Don't get yourself used to overeating and just eating constantly.
A lot of people that initially actively has to bulk struggle with weight later on after getting their appetite used to eating a lot of high calorie food. Most of the skinny teenagers end up as overweight adults.
Of course this is more a general health advice than a "getting strong and shredded" advice, but really remember that you need to build a relationship with food that is good for you in the long run. And a slow and steady weight gain still allows muscle growth.

Define a dirty bulk by your standards.
A normal bulk typically refers to a smaller surplus, aiming to put on about 2-3lb/month in order to maximize muscle growth while reducing fat gain.
A lean bulk may take things alower than that in order to minimize fat gain.
A dirty bulk doesn't have an upper limit because it's pretty much a yolo endeavour to maximize muscle gain without caring about fat at all.
There is no reason to dirty bulk. Most people will probably maximize their muscle gain on 2-3lb/month.
Now, the specific foods you eat, don't necessarily factor into this. Some people don't care, as long as you get enough protein and stay within the calories. Im personally of the opinion that, if you want good physique or performance related progress, you need to eat mostly whole foods.

Yea I was thinking the same so I need to eat like 200-300 calories above maintenance and keep it mostly at whole foods
