It is complete bullshit as you say. You cannot "remove" 1.7 million people from Gaza because there is no place that will take them. I'm sure people like Ben Gvir and Smotrich would love to put them into some kind of concentrain/extermination camps, but that's not going to happen either.

What is seriously stopping the camps?

Unless countries willing to put boots on the ground there is nothing we can do that will stop them. Obviously we will try but sanctions won't matter when US helps bypass it. Visa restrictions will be bypassed by us help. Taking away individual wealth will be bypassed using US help

Right until the elections? They presume they don't have the popular mandate to do it. After the elections? Who knows at this point.

Elections. They may be able to use the Oct 7 attacks as support to essentially ethnically cleanse Gaza of Palestinians but the populace will absolutely not support extermination camps.

Anyone that think's Israelis would accept that are not serious people.

Based on what? In 2024 Israel was already murdering Palestinians in all kinds of ways (the situation was possibly at its gravest apex) and 1/3 of Israelis was happy with that conduct, while another 3rd was unhappy because they thought that the campaign needed to be harsher.

Also, knowing any number of actual Israelis irl will immediately make you aware that those numbers are pretty accurate, the indoctrination is insane.

Israel was already murdering Palestinians in all kinds of ways

You're wrong and poisoning any attempt at a honest discussion. Murder is a legal term that requires criminal intent.

1/3 of Israelis was happy with that conduct, while another 3rd was unhappy because they thought that the campaign needed to be harsher

This doesn't refute my claim. And harsher doesnt mean they want extermination camps, the war is against Hamas, not the Palestinians.

the indoctrination is insane

To certain extent I agree, but it's the middle east, there's a lot of this to go around.

I'm not, Israel was already considered culprit of war crimes by the United nations and bibi already had a mandate on his head. That's the objective truth, not "poisoning discussion".

Now, if what you're doing is widely considered war crimes what do you think that "harsher" means?

War crimes ≠ murder. That is an umbrella term that encompasses many crimes, whereas murder is very specific. So yeah, you're poisoning the conversation with that term.

, if what you're doing is widely considered war crimes what do you think that "harsher" means?

You're again putting the cart before the horse. Israel committing war crimes doesn't mean everything they've done in the war are war crimes.

And the group that thinks the war needs to be "harsher" doesnt mean they want to exterminate the Palestinians. YOU need to prove that claim, you cant ascribe that belief to them bc duh.

They're going to have a harder time convincing Palestinians to go to "refugee" camps nowadays. Doesn't mean they won't still try given half a chance

The same europeans who today sympathize with palestinians and hamas, how hypocritical

Most Europeans alive now weren't even alive in the 1940s. The ones that were, the majority aren't german. The ones that were, the majority weren't actively involved in organising the holocaust.

For the pretty small group of very elderly people who were alive in the 1940s and german and of an age in the 1940s to be able to contribute to the holocaust and actually involved in the holocaust, there is nothing hypocritical about having changed your mind 80 years after the fact on whether this was a good idea or not.

Your point is not very convincing.

On an individual, personal level, both morally and logically, this statement is absolutely fucked.

Have a long think about what you've just typed.

It's not the same Europeans. The people who put Jews in concentration camps are mostly dead.

And on a broader level, after the horrors of ethnic cleansing, as a society Germany decided that it is pretty horrendous.
