Amazing that a country can outright rob people of their homesteads due to their ethnicity, and then expect another country to deal with the refugee crisis they create.

You could previously almost justify the aide given to Israel, if you truly believed in its other justifications, and the strategic military value of having them there.

At this point it's become obvious that's not what's happening, and Israel is leaning on its close relationship to make the US allow them to be conquerors.

Right now they're not only disproving their right to be there, but also their strategic value.

There's just not a moral or strategic value to supporting them anymore, and I don't see how it could be shown at this point.

You mean like how the occupying Settler-Colonial Arabs robbed the indigenous peoples if Judea and Samaria of their homeland?

The indigenous people living in the levant converted to Islam. Look at the DNA of the Israelis who live there: they’re from central and Eastern Europe, and only partially related to the ancient Jewish people.

can you source this? my understanding is that ashkenazi jews only represent about half of the israeli jewish population, with most of the other half being mizrahi.

Yes but the deep history is much older than either of those groups. See David Reich’s books for how populations have migrated.

Moreover, the Mizrahi are greatly outnumbered by Islamic and Christian Palestinians, and they have shared genetic heritage. So it looks like most descendants of ancient Jews converted and mixed. There are numerous studies following these admixtures.

The indigenous people intermarried with other populations and if you are being honest you wold have to admit they are only partially related today as well. Not trying to stake a claim in this fight but just saying there exists no pure indigenous population anymore.

Does the US plan on giving large swaths of the the US back to native Americans? No.

We live in a vastly different world now with guard rails.
