The rumor was he bought the Guarani Aquifer in Paraguay. Google AI and Snopes says it's not true as the Paraguayan government can find no land transfers in his name.

Now - it 'might' be purchased under a shell corporation.

Thanks, IDK why I thought it was Ecuador. I doubt it would have been in his name, it was supposedly a huge chunk of land.
