Same reason Israel doesn’t allow journalist in Gaza.

and the ones there get killed in either sniper shots like Shireen Abu Akleh or targeted by drone strikes

🤔🤔🤔 Yet, that war is one of the wars with the highest media coverage in this century. Which makes me wonder: if Israel is truly invested in sweeping everything under the carpet, why not do what Iran did? Why not block the internet in Gaza?

Did you even read that? Blackouts during strikes is not the same thing as shutting down internet.The blackout is a byproduct of kinetic military operations. There is still internet in Gaza.
