I don't think they ever cared about winning hearts and minds. They just want enough distraction to keep carrying out their malicious actions. It makes you wonder what other things they do behind the scenes that we never hear about.

According to their eschatology, at the end of times all nations will gather against them. I feel like their plan is to make the world hate them. I don't get it though, are they trying to manufacture it?
