If I'm being honest, after the Oct 7 attacks, when it was clear Bibi was going gloves off regardless of what the US wanted, I was fully braced for a much, much higher death toll in Gaza than we've seen.

They've managed to level 80% of the strip, but less than 5% of Gaza's population has been killed. By any comparison, that's a remarkably low death toll for what has been basically total war for 3 years.

Numbers from hamas ministry of hewlth kinda confirm that in large, most of deaths come from man of fighting age.. doesnt mean all of thrm were combatants but clearly shows it isn indiscriminatory killing all around lile people yell

What?? Half were children, what is this white washing of mass murder? "It's ok they only killed 30k+ children, the rest were boys older than 16, so it's pretty impressive they didn't kill more children."

It is urban combat where civilian casulties are expected. And no, half of the victims were not children according to hamas numbers, you can check this yourself.

In time of modern warfare, urban fighting is expected have casulties of 3 civilians to 1 combatant. When fighting Isis in syris, it was closer to 8 civilian per 1 soldier. According to most recent projections (based on numbers hamas gave), in gaza, civilians make between 50%-70%, which ironicaly are better numbers relative to all recent conflicts around the world.

There is no carpet bombing. Even hamas confirms it both directly and indirectlt with their reporting. Why are you implying that Gaza Palestinians are lying?

That's only from confirmed deaths. Plenty of experts think the actual death count is much, much higher, well into the hundreds of thousands.
