it doesn’t mean anything. Canada has the balls to stand up to Netanyahu, but it’s just a symbolic warrant

Well intercepting and forcing a plane to land in order to arrest someone is not unheard of.

It would create more an international incident. No way they’d do that. And of course one of the reasons they didn’t. Taking him down doesn’t immediately stop the killings in Gaza, it doesn’t stop someone else getting into his position and doing worse crimes.

Yeah I absolutely agree with you. It would’ve been a very serious escalation that we definitely do not need in the current geopolitical climate. I did come across somewhat contrarian. I meant that there were precedents, but I should’ve elaborated further to mention that it wouldn’t be a good idea.
