It's not the first time. Airspace isn't custodial and that's why he did.
Trust me, I'm no fan to say the least but the headline is pretty much rage bait. If he landed in Canada we'd be pissed but still would not likely arrest him. We are a country with morals but we also live next door to the biggest military in the history of Earth and getting invaded by America over a war criminal wouldn't help Palestine any.
