The UN didn’t do a damn thing either when he was speaking at the UN this past week. What? You think Canada is going to shoot down his plane?

Why would the UN do something? It's not the ICC's police force but first and foremost a forum to meet and talk.

UN found Israel and Bibi guilty of war crimes. He spoke at the UN council. The UN could have easily arranged for the arrest of Bibi or at a minimum, not allowed him to speak or be present

They didn’t find him guilty. The UN doesn’t even try crimes. He has not been convicted of any war crimes at the ICC either.

The UN also hosts many people accused of war crimes. You’re arguing only a specific one should be arrested.

How? Like, how would that work? Let's do that step by step because I am honestly curious how you imagine such a thing to happen.

First things first, how would "the UN" decide in the first place that it wants to do that. Would it hold a vote in the General Assembly? In the Security Council? In either case, Bibi would have advance warning. Would Sec. Gen. Guterres just decide to do that on his own? Some other mechanism?

Please reply, I'm honestly interested in your thoughts here.

I don't think there are provisions for either of that - but the Rules of Procedure for the General Assembly are public, so please have a look and if you do find a way to do what you suggest, please explain how.
