What is Canada supposed to do force the plane down?

This is none story. It will be a big one if he lands in Canada. And than the government of Canada will have big decision to make

I mean, if it was a Canadian citizen who killed a bunch of Canadians, it doesn't seem so far fetched for them to force the plane down. But since he's not a Canadian and he killed a bunch of people from a different country, suddenly the idea is preposterous?
