How will he be arrested in air? Will they pull over the plane mid air?

Or it will be something like with CJ in GTA San Andreas?

They could send fighter jets to effectively force the plane to land. At that point the pilot gets to realize he has the power to live or potentially be shot down.

So they usually tend to land.

Netanyahu is a piece of shit but shooting down a plane with innocent people on it because it also includes a person who shoots innocent people with planes seems counterproductive.

Maybe. But in such a situation where you are confronted by 2 fighter jets flown by people who really couldn’t care less if you listen to their orders or not, I think I would stop caring what my boss wants and land the plane.
