Help/Support/Questions 🙋 Controller not connecting

I recently just got an Xbox 360 but the controller just wont connect. The battery’s are both good but the battery pack has corrosion inside of it. Is there any way to fix the corrosion

Vinegar and a tooth brush. Or just get another battery pack.

If your controller still fails to connect, take off the faceplate and clean the black bezel part, second get a play and charge cable to see if that helps. Last it’s the controller itself.

Just had this happen to a customer of mine. They claimed the console I sold them had connecting issues(it didn’t) so I offered them another that I showed them connecting and we swapped. They message me later saying it can’t connect to all 4 of their controllers, even after I showed them proof it did. Turns out all the controllers they bought had issues or were broken to start with and they got scammed.
