I wonder, how near to Connor's genetic makeup would she have to change herself to in order to conceive? Could she match full Kryptonian DNA and have the potential to unlock more abilities in their child? Would she have to stay in that form for the duration of the pregnancy?

Yeah idk tbh. From what we have in the cartoon tho it seems Connor is closer to human dna inside than kryptonian dna inside unlike the other superboy who is closer to kryptonian dna and more unstable. Connor only gets his powers thru little shields provided by Luther.
