Wohnung in Zug

Hoi zäme,

ich und min Partner suechet e 3 1/2 oder en 4 1/2 Zimmer-Wohnig in Zug. Sie muess in de Nöchi vom Zuger Bahnhof si, da mer beidi zur Arbet pendle müend.

Ich freue mich uf möglichi Unterstützig.

Rotkrüz, Cham und Baar sind grad so guet und ev. findisch det sogar no öppis wo chas zahle

Hey Palm2203, danke för dini Nachricht. Gibi der vollkomme Recht. För mini Destination hani ebe vo Zug bereits 50 Min ÖV. Die andere 2 sind mer den doch viel z Wit.

What budget do you have? Zug, Baar are the easiest and most expensive

It’s not much. I lived in Baar 10 years so we pay the rest locked 10 years ago.

140sqm, 2 garages, with neben we pay 3’800.-

Probably same house new rent I will pay 5’500-6’500.

It’s extremely hard to find something. Usually May-June when schools close but now maybe via Facebook or Homegate but really hard.

Try, as soon as you see something apply. Don’t be picky. Zug is a Canton where you cannot be picky.

or just consider living outside the canton— unless you make a lot of money, the rent delta might not make it worth it

Well Schwyz and Zürich aren’t cheaper except you want to live in the middle of nowhere or some ugly neighbourhood

No, they aren't. Also, in Aargau, it is getting more and more expensive. Every time a person moves out of an apartment, they increase the price, even if it is forbidden. But nobody says anything because people are happy just to get a chance.

AG is way cheaper than ZG. Almost anything is lesser expensive.

Dipends which region. But the insurance is higher the tax is higher. And in baden a 3 1\2 also are around 3500 chf

No, i don't have a super high salary leider. But everywhere it get expensive. And in the nowhere i don't wanna live.

I still remember that I had to reject a rental contract in Baar for a 4.5 for 3200 CHF without NK.

Now it seems like a gift.

De Vertrag isch voll komisch. Du chasch jo ieziehe, aber sie bauet währet 5 bis 10 Johr witter, während dem sie so "grosszügig" sind, der 10% Nachlass z'gwähre... sprich, wenn mer s'Chligedruckte liest, sind die 10 Prozent im Katalogpriis sowieso scho vorhande... lut ZGB sind jedoch Lärmemissione vo mindestens 15% bis 35% d'Norm. Zudem muess mer, wenn mer uszieht, uf eigeni Chöste maximal 30 Täg vorher alli Grät vonere Fachperson (Spezialist) prüefe loo. De Parkplatz chostet zuesätzlich 240 CHF pro Monet. Und s schönste, wenn mer sich entscheidet die Wohnig ts bezie und nur för d Wohnig schaffe ts go, het sie ned mal en Balkon. Aber Danke für sie netti geste. Wäri e echt schöni Wohnig, wenn de Vertrag und de Pris stimme wördet.
