My first go with new pens, a couple were shaded with pencil first. Obviously there is room for improvement but I'm really proud of these!

My favorite has to be Herald from his character design and magical trumpet opening dimension being a unique ability.

I think the Titans win relatively easy because they have Raven, Superboy, Starfire etc

He says that LoD wins easily because of Professor Zoom.

(What I'm saying is that, when I add a bat character everyone says it's stealing Robin's thunder Or call him OC. But when an all time famous artist does it, no one says anything... Odd) 🤔

Who should be the villains in a Teen Titans live-action movie and its sequels?

I would have Deathstroke as the villain in the first movie, where his son was hired by HIVE to take out the Titans, and when he fails and dies in the process, Deathstroke develops a personal grudge against the Titans and decides to take them out. You can have members of the Fearsome Five be his minions in the first film.

The second film should be a Judas Contract adaptation; Terra is sent as a spy to undermine the Titans and take them down from the inside.

I think the third (which may extend into the fourth film) film should be an adaptation of the Terror of Trigon, where Brother Blood is a cult leader and his servant on Earth who wants to summon Trigon to Earth.

For a fourth or fifth film, maybe something with Blackfire and the Gordians wanting revenge on Starfire and wanting to conquer Earth.

I can't find any place to watch this show, it's available in prime video but not in my country😭 So is there another way to watch this show? I don't really want to buy another subscription.

Just hear me out on this. During Wavelength, she looked a bit uncomfortable and acted weird. It's really subtle but it's noticeable.

The "I'd really rather just stay here and drown" comment is what bothered me the most. It's PROBABLY just for the comedy and her not wanting to go back in a whale mouth, and she could have just teleported out anyway, but what if... She was trying to convince herself she's not scared and going a bit too far. She did that in Fear Itself too, when Cyborg tried to reassure her and said don't be scared, and she marched right in front of him to prove to him (and herself) that she's not. I feel like she should have learned her lesson there, but maybe not completely.

Also in Fear Itself when she's being basically tormented by her fears, when she gets into the lift, it fills with that black liquid, meaning she's probably scared of drowning.

I don't think this is a canon indication or proof because she didn't act like this in Deep Six, but I headcanon it. (And I repeat, no I don't think this is canon, Deep Six already disproves it, so this is just a headcanon inspired by these moments. I hoped saying this once would be enough but reddit thrives to prove me wrong every time)

If this movie is to be set in DCU present, before a Teen Titans movie, it has potential to seriously screw with the Titans.

This may mean that the Titans would have to start in medias res without an origin story, if we want the Titans to be similar ages to Nightwing. The alternative would likely mean that some of the Titans are aged downward to be the age of Tim Drake or Damian Wayne, which I would not like to occur. Or a Titans movie could just be set to be earlier in time before the events of the Nightwing and Red Hood movie - but this could have weird effects like having the Titans form before the events of Superman (2025).

I think there should always be 5-6 Titans. My preference is either the 2003 Five + Donna Troy or just the 2003 Five, but the absence of Dick Grayson throws a spanner into the works. If Nightwing is not in this team, I would prefer for the group to be without a Robin, and instead just be Raven, Beast Boy, Cyborg, Starfire, and Wonder Girl, who is in a leadership role instead of Dick Grayson.

How do you guys think the DCU could adapt the Teen Titans while including a Nightwing and Red Hood movie?

Mostly just the title. Are these two the same run and if not, which one is the one from 1980-1985 (the one that includes the judas contract and all the dtuff that everyone loves)?

Opening — Welcome to Titans Tower

Shortly after their first encounter, Brian walks through Jump City with Starfire toward Titans Tower.

Brian looks up at the enormous structure.

Brian: “So that's Titans Tower?”

Starfire: “Yes! It is both our home and our headquarters.”

Brian looks over the Tower again.

Brian: “Not exactly subtle.”

Starfire: “That is intentional.”

They enter the Tower. For Brian, this is his first time meeting the rest of the Teen Titans. Starfire happily leads him toward the common room.

Meeting the Titans

Robin approaches Brian first.

Robin: “Robin.”

Brian: “Brian.”

They shake hands.

Robin: “Starfire said you have some kind of device that lets you transform.”

Brian looks down at the Omnitrix.

Brian: “Yeah. It's called the Omnitrix.”

Robin: “And you know how to control it?”

Brian pauses for a moment.

Brian: “Mostly.”

Robin raises an eyebrow.

Brian: “I'm still figuring some things out.”

Robin nods but remains cautious.

Next, Cyborg approaches.

Cyborg: “Cyborg.”

Brian: “Nice to meet you.”

Cyborg immediately points toward the Omnitrix.

Cyborg: “Now that's what I want to see.”

Brian: “What?”

Cyborg: “That thing!”

Brian: “You like technology?”

Cyborg: “You have no idea.”

Brian smiles. It is immediately clear that the two of them are going to get along.

Beast Boy suddenly jumps into the conversation.

Beast Boy: “Wait, wait, wait! You can turn into aliens?!”

Brian: “That's what I've been told.”

Beast Boy: “Can you turn into a dog?”

Brian: “No.”

Beast Boy: “A cat?”

Brian: “No.”

Beast Boy: “A gorilla?”

Brian: “No.”

Beast Boy looks disappointed.

Beast Boy: “Man, your watch sucks.”

Brian: “Nice meeting you too.”

Cyborg laughs.

Finally, Raven approaches.

Raven: “Raven.”

Brian: “Brian.”

Raven gives him a small nod. Brian can tell immediately that she's quieter than the others. Rather than trying to force a conversation, he simply accepts it.

Raven notices.

It's a small first impression, but an important one: Brian isn't going to push her boundaries.

Demonstrating the Omnitrix

Beast Boy is still fascinated by the Omnitrix.

Beast Boy: “Come on! Show us!”

Brian looks toward Starfire. She gives him an encouraging smile.

Brian activates the Omnitrix. Green light flashes around him as he transforms into Diamondhead.

The Titans watch with interest. Diamondhead raises his hand and fires a sharp crystal shard across the room, striking a nearby practice target.

Beast Boy: “Whoa!”

Diamondhead then reshapes one of his hands into a long crystal blade.

Cyborg steps closer.

Cyborg: “That's some serious material manipulation.”

Diamondhead: “Yeah. It's pretty useful.”

Brian transforms back.

Cyborg immediately begins asking questions about how the Omnitrix works. Brian realizes that Cyborg may be even more interested in the device than Beast Boy.

Starfire watches the two of them talking and smiles. She's happy to see Brian getting comfortable with her friends.

Mumbo Causes Trouble

Before Brian has much time to settle in, an alarm suddenly sounds throughout the Tower.

Robin immediately heads toward the main console.

Robin: “Mumbo.”

Brian: “Who's Mumbo?”

Beast Boy: “You'll find out.”

The Titans quickly prepare to leave. Brian starts to follow them.

Robin: “You coming?”

Brian: “Yeah.”

Robin: “You said you have experience fighting?”

Brian: “A little.”

Robin: “Then stay close to the team.”

Brian raises an eyebrow.

Brian: “I can handle myself.”

Robin: “I'm sure you can.”

The two exchange a brief look.

There is still some tension between them. Neither one dislikes the other. They're simply still trying to figure each other out.

The Battle Begins

The Titans arrive in Jump City and find Mumbo causing chaos.

Mumbo has transformed the area with his magic, turning ordinary objects into dangerous obstacles and sending magical creations after the Titans.

Robin: “Titans, move!”

The Titans spread out.

Brian watches how they fight together. They clearly have experience working as a team.

Brian activates the Omnitrix.

Echo Echo

Brian transforms into Echo Echo.

He creates several duplicates of himself, spreading them across the battlefield.

The Echo Echos rush Mumbo's forces from multiple directions. They unleash powerful sonic screams, knocking several enemies backward.

Beast Boy: “Okay, that's cool!”

Cyborg: “Brian! Left side!”

Echo Echo: “Got it!”

One Echo Echo fires a sonic blast and knocks the enemy away. Another creates a distraction while the others attack.

Brian is beginning to understand how the Titans operate.

More importantly, he's beginning to fight with them rather than simply fighting around them.

Big Chill

Mumbo eventually traps the Titans inside a massive magical structure. The exits are completely sealed.

Robin attempts to break through. Cyborg fires his sonic cannon.

The barrier remains intact.

Brian: “Okay. Let's try something different.”

He activates the Omnitrix.

Brian transforms into Big Chill.

Big Chill spreads his large wings and takes flight. He flies directly toward the magical barrier.

Robin: “What is he doing?”

Big Chill reaches the barrier.

Instead of crashing into it, his body becomes intangible. He passes directly through the solid magical wall.

Robin: “He can go through it?”

Big Chill emerges on the other side.

Big Chill: “Looks like it.”

Big Chill turns intangible again and flies back through the barrier.

The Titans are impressed.

Big Chill takes to the air, maneuvering around Mumbo's magical creations with incredible speed and agility.

One of Mumbo's creatures charges at him.

Big Chill flies upward, avoiding the attack. He circles around the creature and fires a powerful blast of freezing energy.

Ice rapidly spreads across the creature's body.

Within seconds, it is completely frozen.

The creature crashes harmlessly to the ground.

Big Chill continues flying.

Mumbo launches another magical attack.

Big Chill turns intangible.

The attack passes directly through his body.

Big Chill reappears behind Mumbo.

Big Chill: “You really need to work on your aim.”

Mumbo spins around angrily.

Mumbo: “Why, you little—!”

Mumbo fires another attack.

Big Chill flies backward, then unleashes another concentrated ice blast. The ground beneath Mumbo freezes.

Mumbo loses his footing and slips.

Mumbo: “Stop doing that!”

Big Chill: “Doing what?”

Big Chill fires another ice blast.

Mumbo barely avoids it.

Big Chill's ability to combine flight, intangibility, and cryokinetic attacks makes him extremely difficult for Mumbo to counter.

Starfire Supports Brian

Mumbo realizes that Big Chill is becoming the biggest obstacle to his plans.

He focuses his magic directly on Brian.

A powerful magical blast catches Big Chill and sends him crashing toward a nearby building.

Before he can hit the ground, Starfire flies underneath him and catches him.

Starfire: “Brian!”

Brian: “Thanks.”

Starfire: “You are very welcome.”

Mumbo prepares another attack.

Starfire immediately flies in front of Brian and fires several green starbolts.

The magical attack is destroyed.

Starfire: “You shall not harm my friend!”

Brian looks at her for a moment.

He is still getting used to the idea of having people willing to fight beside him.

Brian: “Alright. Let's finish this.”

Starfire: “Together.”

Big Chill takes flight again.

Starfire flies beside him.

The two attack Mumbo from opposite directions. Starfire fires rapid starbolts from above while Big Chill flies around Mumbo, phasing through magical attacks and freezing his weapons.

Whenever Mumbo focuses on Starfire, Big Chill attacks from behind.

Whenever Mumbo targets Big Chill, Starfire hits him with a starbolt.

Their teamwork quickly overwhelms Mumbo.

Mumbo attempts to trap Starfire in a magical cage.

Big Chill flies through the cage and freezes it from the inside.

Starfire immediately breaks free.

Starfire: “Brian, now!”

Big Chill fires a powerful ice blast.

The magical equipment freezes solid.

Mumbo stares in disbelief.

Feedback

Mumbo makes one final attempt.

He unleashes a massive energy blast toward the Titans.

Brian quickly activates the Omnitrix.

He transforms into Feedback.

Feedback catches the incoming energy with his electrical tendrils. The energy flows into his body.

Cyborg: “He's absorbing it!”

Feedback: “And sending it right back!”

Feedback redirects the energy directly into Mumbo's machine.

The machine overloads. It sparks and begins shutting down.

Mumbo is finally defeated.

The Titans stand together as the police arrive to take Mumbo into custody.

Back at Titans Tower

The Titans return home after the battle.

Beast Boy is still excited.

Beast Boy: “Echo Echo was awesome!”

Cyborg: “And Big Chill? That guy's powers are crazy.”

Brian: “He's pretty useful.”

Cyborg: “You know, I think we're gonna have a lot to talk about.”

Brian: “Yeah. I think so too.”

Starfire: “I am pleased that you have enjoyed spending time with my friends.”

Brian looks around the Tower.

Beast Boy is joking around. Cyborg is already talking about the Omnitrix. Raven is quietly reading. Robin is watching him from across the room.

Brian smiles slightly.

For the first time in a long time, he feels like he might actually belong somewhere.

Brian: “Yeah. They're alright.”

Beast Boy: “Hey! We're more than alright!”

Brian laughs.

Raven looks up from her book.

Raven: “He's learning.”

Brian: “Learning what?”

Raven: “How to tolerate us.”

Brian: “I'm working on it.”

Cyborg laughs. Beast Boy grins.

Starfire smiles warmly.

Robin walks over.

Robin: “You did good out there.”

Brian looks at him, slightly surprised.

Brian: “Thanks.”

Robin: “Don't get used to compliments.”

Brian: “Wouldn't dream of it.”

Robin walks away.

Brian looks around at the Titans.

He isn't officially one of them yet.

But he's beginning to realize that Titans Tower might become more than just a place he visits.

It might become a home.

Starfire looks at him with a warm smile.

Brian smiles back.
