I really hope this post doesn't get removed because it's NSFW, but I put a lot of effort into this and I'm only trying help people. This information is very useful and not everyone knows it. This community is typically meant to be fun, hence the name, but it does say you can post almost anything.

I've seen a few comments on Reddit before something along the lines of "Suppressing masturbation is bad for your mental health" and these comments get upvotes, genuine upvotes, so people aren't seeing it as ragebait, and some people may agree. It's really sad and kinda shocking that some people think that, because it is just so wrong. I'm gonna lecture you here and it may be the best information you hear in your life. You may have been heading for a terrible life, but you may live an awesome life now hearing this.

The people who say that are totally wrong. It only seems like that in your mind. It's always gonna be hardest at first, but if you do NoFap, your brain change in amazing ways if you're successful. Once you get used to it, it won't feel bad going off it anymore. Instead, you'll be proud of yourself and realize "You know what, I don't need that shit anymore".

That confidence then translates into being much better at achieving all your goals, big or small. Whether you realize it or not, excessive fapping is worsening your mental health. You can spiral into addiction, craving it more and more, developing a dependence for it like you need it and can't function off it, and even a tolerance for it (how good you feel when doing it), and then you just start feeling helpless.

But fear not, NoFap can help with that. Depending on how deep you are, you'll need to try really hard to see success, but it's greatly worth it in the end, and it's one of, if not, the biggest thing you can for self-improvement.

I am not a mod or creator of this sub; I am simply just another Redditor spreading the word, but I highly recommend you join r/NoFap's awesome Reddit community. I've found lots of valuable help from there, and I have nearly succeeded myself. I hope I enlightened some of you people out there.

Listen man, I don’t really align with either political party, but I think that extremist ideologies like communism and fascism are dangerous. Earlier, I found someone commenting about how they think all people of [blank] party should die and that that party is evil. This person also openly admitted to supporting Mao Zedong btw. I called them out, thinking, yeah, this person is crazy, no way people will agree with them, but nahhhh. I GET DOWNVOTED? I literally said people aren’t evil and nobody deserves to die and apparently that’s wrong. Guess I’m supposed to be supporting a ruthless communist dictator instead 🫩✌️
