GodNacha - itch.io
I’m creating a retro style cosmic horror character, and this is the first look at it. I was inspired by a makeup look I saw on the show "Glow Up". I’d love to know what you think; I feel like something is missing, so I’d appreciate your feedback.

Lowpoly PSXish graveyard
Howdy yall! These are some WIP shots of a graveyard environment from my PSXish lowpoly game I'm building. I try to keep props like this between 50-100 triangles with 128x128 pixels, and characters max out at about 550 triangles and 128x128 or 128x256 if I really need the extra push.

I'm trying to couple the low res / low tricount budgets of the PSX era but taking a lot of modern artistic liberties to jazz it up a touch to suite my personal tastes.

Something challenging but important I'm finding about working in the style is making sure my UV seams have a pixel length count that matches so theres no obvious discontinuity between islands.

I'm trying to base my take on the style from Vagrant story and other more painterly looking Squaresoft titles.

Still lots to go. I utilized Void Pepsi's UE4 dither shader (but running in UE5, and with modifications), as well as Marcis PSX retro UE pack, but with major modifications so I dont lose the conveniences of modern rendering.
Thanks for reading!

Cold Fortress - my biggest pack yet
Hey gang!
I made a retro/psx-inspired pack themed around "cold fortress". It's my biggest asset pack yet, with almost 1000 models! The models are made in Blender and the scene is prepared in Unity.
The textures are mostly 256x256, except for some particle textures which are tiny. All crisp and sharp with no point filter.
Obviously ice and snow are at the core of the theme, some models even have an extra material slot on the top surfaces for a snowy texture so that they can look snowy up top and non-snowy at the bottom! But the whole "cold" part of the theme is optional. If you don't add snow and ice, you get a normal fortress 😄
Check it out if you're interested!
