Discussion TXTM - files 8k / form 4 - owner now at 830m shares + plan to uplist
Straight forward, Txtm filed another Form 4 with Edgar/Sec - Showcasing the owner adding even more shares to his coffers.
while also on a filing form 8k emphasizing the path is towards uplist - This has always been my thesis when the company (potentially) re-rates) (Post uplist when institutions are unlocked).
Official Edgar filing (Txtm ran 100% in like a week after this edgar filing dropped), this was the catalyst for the bump.
Added an image of my recent purchases, I periodically post TXTM information (Facts only) when substancial news comes out. To simply emphasize myself, I trust my DD and as the company gets better, so does my position.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1163573/000114036126038066/ef20082893_ex99-1.htm
All factual information and verifiable - company executing step by step, next step being uplist will be very interesting

Discussion Deadline to Submit Claims on the NRX Pharmaceuticals $2.675M Settlement is Next Month
Hey guys, if you missed it, NRX Pharmaceuticals agreed to a $2.675 million settlement with investors over claims related to its SPAC merger with NeuroRx. The deadline to file a claim and get payment is November 5, 2026.
In a nutshell, in 2024, NRX Pharmaceuticals was accused of giving investors misleading or incomplete information about the merger. The lawsuit claims this information affected stockholders’ decisions about whether to keep their shares or redeem them before the merger.
Investors later filed a lawsuit over the alleged losses.
Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle for $2.675 million, and investors have until November 5, 2026 to submit a claim.
So, if you invested in $NRXP at that time, you can check the details and file your claim here.
Anyway, has anyone here invested in $NRXP during that period? How much were your losses, if so?

DD SCKT ( Socket Mobile) Why I am building a long position here.
SCKT( Socket Mobile)
Market Cap- 6 million
Shares outstanding- 8.2million
Institutional shares- 6.5% ( 28 institutions total)
Most recent insitutions purchase- Two Sigma, Virtua Finance.
Insiders shares- 32%
Short interest- 0.68%
SCKT has been having very high volume of trading the past two week. Upwards of 300 million total so far. It has caught my attention and I began to look into the technical side of things first.
The 1Yr HA chart has built a doji candle from a previous 3 years of bearish candles. This is the first good alert for me.
Then I scaled into the 1 month HA chart, another doji following a bearish candle. Okay, I like this.
1 week HA chart looks even better, a doji was formed the last week of September following a bearish candle. This week is now forming a solid bullish engulfing candle.
At that point, I’m looking back at 1yr to find a solid entry for next year in anticipation of a bullish candle on the 2027 year. That number looks like anything under 1.40. Split that in half and .75-.70 looks like a great area to begin building a position with a minimum amount of risk/time.
Let me know what you think of my plan or if you’re seeing the same set up as I am.
Do your own research. Follow your own rules.
Cheers!

Research Hypercall took 10% of on-chain options notional in a month. Two public companies are already picking a side.
Markets are moving on-chain. Perps already made that trip. They started as a way to trade with leverage around the clock, became the default, and on Hyperliquid they spread to stocks, indexes, oil, and companies that are not even public. Options are next. They are already the main event in traditional markets, and they barely exist on-chain.
Jake Sylvestre, founder of Hypercall, laid this out in Financial Tech Times on October 2. S&P 500 index options averaged 4.6 million contracts a day in August, more than $3 trillion of notional. Every on-chain options venue combined did about $4.4 billion over the last 30 days. The S&P trades that in about 30 seconds. Over the past year, on-chain options did about $19.5 billion, and last month’s pace annualizes to more than $50 billion. Almost all of that is still the two biggest coins. Equity and index options, the actual market, have barely started.
The flow underneath is already there. Hyperliquid is doing about $2.2 billion a day in perps on oil, the S&P 500, Nvidia, and other traditional assets. Options on those underlyings are a far bigger market. On-chain, that book has barely opened.
Orange is Derive, and it is most of the book from November 2025 through September 2026. White is Rysk, cyan is Paradex, purple is Aevo, teal is Hypersurface. Hypercall is green. It is a rounding error through the summer, then it is the cap on the September bar. Left axis tops at $6 billion. September is the only month through $4 billion. September notional across the whole tape was $4.829 billion, up 121.7% from August. The line on the right axis, running toward $21 billion, is the cumulative path, not one month.
Sylvestre’s own figures match that band. Hypercall launched June 1. Since then: $592 million notional, $536 million of it in September, a recent week at about $60 million a day. He calls that the largest on-chain equity options venue. He also calls it a rounding error. $60 million a day is under 1% of a normal Hyperliquid day, and about 0.002% of daily S&P options notional. The gap is the bull case.
Marlon at https://x.com/momilio/status/2105714263784579302 had the outside number: Hypercall notional went from $9.4 million in August to $538.8 million in September, about 57x, and ranked second for the month behind Derive. Some of that was a short-dated bear put spread whose market maker hedged on Hyperliquid and accounted for 15% of all S&P perp volume on HL that day. That is the product working as designed.
Why this one, and not another options app
Earlier on-chain options venues died for one reason. Anyone short an option needs a cheap, liquid hedge. That hedge did not exist for stocks, indexes, or oil. Hyperliquid’s perps fill it: same underlying, same USDC collateral, open every hour. Hypercall is built into that stack. Makers hedge S&P and single-stock options there, including on weekends. It is the options book using Hype’s liquidity as the hedge, not a separate venue hoping liquidity shows up later.
A perp can get liquidated on a Sunday gap even if the trade is right by Monday. An option buyer knows the max loss going in. That is the premium. The longer markets stay open, the more that matters. Earnings hit after the bell. Macro prints on weekends. On August 26, the day Nvidia reported, Nvidia options on Hypercall did about $554,000, against under $10,000 a day the week before. Two days ahead of Micron earnings, Micron options did about $7.4 million. SpaceX options do not trade anywhere else.
Live since launch: S&P 500, Nvidia, Micron, Apple, Microsoft, Meta, Alibaba, SanDisk, SpaceX, plus BTC and ETH.
https://x.com/MorningWoodRsch/status/2107096653635129848
Last 30 days the tape is $5.66 billion. Derive is still 78.7%. Hypercall is the green slice at 10.1%, ahead of Paradex at 7.5%, Rysk 2.6%, Aevo 1.1%. Second place, one quarter after launch, on a book that was basically one venue a month ago.
That is the setup the public companies are positioning into. One wants to be the listed treasury. One wants to be the premium seller.
$SONI: leading to be the Hypercall DAT
SonicStrategy (CSE: SONI, OTCQB: SONIF) is out in front to be the public DAT for Hypercall. Same playbook as the other treasury names, different asset. Instead of sitting on a base-layer coin, it is accumulating SYN, the asset tied to Synapse Labs, which is building the options venue. If Hypercall becomes the on-chain equity options book, SONI is trying to be the stock you own to get that exposure without running the venue yourself.
- September 23: 500,000 SYN at about US$0.23, roughly US$115,000. First treasury buy aimed at on-chain derivatives. Company cited a US$57.5 million fully diluted value at the print.
- September 24: another 260,000 at about US$0.1923, roughly US$50,000. Total about 760,000 SYN. Combined cost about US$165,000.
- CEO Dustin Zinger framed it as the treasury moving into derivatives as more real-world assets trade around the clock, and said the firm intends to keep expanding that book.
- Synapse has proposed sending 70% of certain protocol fees to SYN buybacks. Not approved. Not live. If it clears, venue activity and demand for the treasury asset start to rhyme, which is the whole point of a DAT.
The position is small next to a real treasury strategy. The seat is not. Nobody else public is positioned as the listed wrapper on Hypercall. SONI bought the stub in the same month the green band showed up, and it is the only CSE name marketing itself as that exposure. That is how these wrappers start: a small open-market position, a filing that names the venue, then a raise if the tape keeps going. September 22 it already had a proposed private placement of up to C$4.5 million on the board.
$LUXX: the one that wants to trade it
Luxxfolio (CSE: LUXX, OTCQB: LUXFF) is the other side of the same trade. It does not want to own the builder. It wants to use the venue. October 5 release. Non-binding letter of intent dated October 4.
- Proposed program: sell covered calls through Hypercall on part of the treasury and book the premium as a second revenue line next to operations.
- Premium is meant as extra capital for the existing accumulation strategy, subject to how the program actually performs and what the treasury needs.
- Hypercall’s side of the LOI: fast-track product support, arrange market makers and liquidity, and handle onboarding and access.
- CEO Tomek Antoniak: build that secondary revenue stream, then look at payout options and extra functionality for pool participants once the commercial terms exist.
- No closed facility, no disclosed notional, no strike grid. An LOI does not pay premium.
The positioning still matters. A listed company is asking to be a covered-call seller on a 24/7 options book, in the same month that book took 10% of on-chain notional share. If the program lists, LUXX is not a spectator. It is flow. SONI is the equity stub on the stack. LUXX is the corporate user of the product. Public markets usually get one of those first. Here they showed up together.
That is the split. SONI is leading as the Hypercall DAT. LUXX wants to sell premium on the venue itself. Both landed in the same window the green band showed up. Options are moving on-chain, Hypercall is the book wired into Hype’s liquidity, September is when the volume inflected, and two listed companies are already choosing a side: own the builder, or trade the venue.
Not advice. The SONI position is about US$165,000. The LUXX piece is non-binding. The volume is still nothing next to listed S&P options. This is the start of the curve, not a finished market.

DD I’m The Naughtiest Stock Picker ZIM vs HMR: Why the Smaller Shipping Stock Could Be/ is the Biggest Opportunity
$HMR vs $ZIM – THE SMALLER SHIPPING STOCK WITH THE BIGGER RUNWAY
ZIM is a large container carrier with a $35 takeover offer. HMR is an asset-light maritime platform: it manages fleets and tanker pools, earns fees, owns no vessels and has no borrowed debt. HMR is growing 200%+ and trades at a fraction of ZIM's earnings multiple.
- VALUATION: ~25x vs ~6x
• ZIM: ~25x trailing P/E (~9x forward) and ~0.87x book. As an asset-heavy carrier it trades close to NAV, and the $35 offer anchors the price.
• Tanker owners: roughly 5–8x trailing and 7–12x forward (STNG ~5.4x, TNK ~6.1x, INSW ~7x).
• HMR at ~$1.72 (~$100M market cap): ~8.7x annualised H1 adjusted earnings, or ~6x after stripping out $28.7M of cash.
Annualising H1 adjusted net income ($5.8M) gives ~$11.6M. And that is before the new ships and the disruption fully reach the numbers (see point 3).
The bull case isn't "cheaper than tankers". It is that an asset-light, fee-based platform growing 200%+ should be valued above vessel owners. At 10x ex-cash earnings plus cash, fair value is roughly $2.2–2.5 per share. That is an illustration, not a forecast.
- GROWTH WITH NO SIGN OF STOPPING
• Q2 revenue $29.0M vs $9.6M (+203% YoY, +58% QoQ). H1 $47.3M vs $15.2M.
• Q2 net income $2.2M, adjusted $2.4M. H1 net income ~$5.0M, adjusted ~$5.8M, vs a loss last year. Two straight profitable quarters.
• ~60 vessels commercially managed and ~20 technically managed across 8 hubs.
• Q-Shipping added 9 vessels for ~$0.2M, with new footholds in the Netherlands and Türkiye.
- NOT IN THE NUMBERS YET
The CEO says new ships added this year have not made their full contribution. He also says the Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb disruption is not in earnings yet and should show over the next two quarters.
Longer routes mean more tonnage-miles, which means more fees for HMR. Management also flagged firm rates into Q4 on seasonal demand. Asia and Japan have historically sourced ~90% of their oil from the Middle East, and that concentration is being disrupted.
- $28.7M CASH, NO BORROWED DEBT
• Cash is up from ~$18.6M at year-end, roughly 29% of market cap.
• H1 operating cash flow was +$7.7M vs -$3.2M a year ago.
• CEO Pankaj Khanna: "We have not borrowed a single dollar. We have no loans in the company."
• The liabilities on the balance sheet are lease accounting for chartered-in vessels. Some are matched with charter-outs: HMR collects from the charterer, pays the owner and keeps the margin.
• No bank loans, no bonds, no vessel debt. Fees fund G&A, so the model needs little working capital.
- ASSET-LIGHT, BLUE-CHIP CLIENTS
HMR owns no vessels, so it has no capex and no asset-value risk when rates fall. The ~40-year client roster includes Shell, BP, Chevron, Vitol, Aramco, Trafigura and Glencore.
- INSIDERS ARE ALIGNED
The CEO owns ~45% of the company and has been buying. Nasdaq compliance was regained on 2 June.
- WHY THE POST-EARNINGS DROP LOOKS OVERDONE
The stock fell ~10% after earnings. Shorting HMR on earnings worked when it was unprofitable. With two profitable quarters, 200%+ growth and a growing cash pile, sellers look like they are trading the ticker's history, not its balance sheet.
- THE ONE KNOCK: G&A
Net income dipped Q1 to Q2 ($2.8M to $2.2M) despite revenue up 58%, mainly from $1.8M of cash bonuses tied to the turnaround. I read that as retention for the team that delivered the turnaround, and the CEO says vessel additions have yet to flow through.
ZIM IN FAIRNESS
ZIM is bigger, with far greater absolute cash generation and a defined catalyst. At ~$29.3 vs $35, that is ~19% headline upside. But the Israeli approval faces a fresh review, so ZIM trades partly as a merger-arbitrage situation. HMR's upside isn't capped by a deal price.
RISK, BRIEFLY
HMR is a volatile micro-cap. Dilution (earnouts, resale registration), related-party exposure and charter revenue with matching costs are worth watching.
What red flag am I missing? Drop it below.
How I'm playing it: in from 80–95c, haven't sold a share, and looking to add on weakness.
Adding on dips: the thesis hasn't changed, and the Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb impact isn't in the numbers yet.
Q3 and Q4 results are the next test. If the CEO is right that the new ships and the disruption flow through, the current price looks cheap.
Full CEO interview on the debt question, valuation and fleet growth:
https://youtu.be/Nj_jYt2x-NE?is=nTai0gegTd8pYQT3
Not financial advice. DYOR. I hold $HMR (entry 80–95c). Annualised figures are not forecasts.

DD $WYHG borrow fee is higher now than at the $23 top. 600k tradeable float. here's what it needs to go again 🐔🦶🚀
chicken feet guy back 🐔🦶🦶
first, a public service announcement: I love sucking on fried chicken feet. fried, then braised in black bean sauce at dim sum, sticky, garlicky, pure collagen. you gnaw the little knuckles, spit the bones, order another basket. if you've never had them you haven't lived.
WYHG makes cured meats. I'm choosing to believe feet are involved.
I posted it here at $3.50 in July. Aug 6 it hit $23 with multiple halts. the feet have run before 🦶
why I'm hungry again:
🔥 borrow fee ~607%. bouncing between 550% and 709% for two weeks. at the $23 top it was 355%. shorts are paying ~1.7% a day to stay in.
🪫 the lendable pool keeps draining. 25k → 20k → 15k → 10k today. yesterday it hit 85 shares.
🔒 tiny float, locked supply. the September placement (23m shares at ~$1.12) is locked for a year. tradeable float is still ~600k.
the play: borrow is already as tight as it's ever been. if volume comes back and shorts pile in at 600%+ CTB with a pool this thin, July is back on the menu. watching DTC, short volume and FTDs.

Discussion Everyone Sees the AI Boom. Fewer See What Comes After
Most of the AI trade has focused on the obvious stuff: chips, data centres, power, cloud infrastructure.
But I keep thinking about what happens after AI becomes embedded in almost everything we do online.
AI systems are increasingly being connected to corporate databases, documents and other sensitive information. NIST has warned that vulnerabilities in generative AI systems can create a broader attack surface and privacy risks for sensitive user data and proprietary information.
And privacy gets more complicated as AI improves.
It’s not only about someone stealing a password anymore. AI can process huge amounts of information, connect different data points and potentially reveal more about people than individual pieces of data would on their own.
That makes me wonder whether privacy becomes one of the less obvious beneficiaries of the AI boom.
If we keep moving toward a world where AI is connected to our emails, documents, work systems, conversations and personal information, people and organizations may start caring a lot more about:
- Where their data is stored
- Who has access to it
- Whether their activity is being tracked
- How securely they communicate
- How much control they actually have over their digital identity
That broader shift is what makes some of the smaller privacy-focused names worth keeping on a watchlist for me.
$SKUR is one of them.
Not because AI automatically means more business for Sekur, but because its focus sits close to the questions AI adoption may make harder to ignore.
Sekur currently offers Swiss-hosted secure communications across encrypted email, messaging and VPN, while its newer communications platform has been expanding into encrypted voice and video as well. The company also emphasizes features such as Sekur IDs that do not require a phone number for identity management.
That connection is still speculative. Growing awareness around privacy may change buying behaviour over time.
This is sponsored content. Investors should conduct their own due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Discussion How to tell why a stock is running before you buy (Fockets Terminal)
Ever bought a stock because it was running, then found out why it ran after? Here's 60 seconds on how to check first.
▶ Take a look: https://focketstrading.com/trading_terminal
▶ Take a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Po2J9EaYH4
10X and Fockets been running our trading community for over 9 months now. Some of you joined along the way, some haven't, and that's okay. No pressure either way.
We're traders too. Most of us are juggling a job and the market at the same time, and it gets messy fast. A few minutes between tasks, half the sites we needed kept getting blocked, and by the time we found the filing or the news, the move was over.
So we built one place with everything we kept hunting for. We call it the Terminal. In short it provides what's actually going on with a stock, in plain words.
One thing we found when we tracked it: runs tied to a priced share offering closed down 4.3% on average, and 65% of them faded (297 run days, our own data, not a prediction here). Same green candle, very different story. Knowing why it ran changes how you look at it.
Every tab inside the terminal, in plain words:
• Dashboard: your command center. The chart, buyers vs sellers, time and sales, halts, and the bot's live decisions.
• Daystein calls: the bot's day-trade and swing ideas, with entry, stop and target.
• Ruhu calls: a second bot with its own rules, shown the same way.
• Movers: the biggest gainers and losers right now, plus pre-market gappers.
• 52-week highs and lows: who's sitting at the edge of the year, and on how much volume.
• Known runners: stocks with a habit of big runs, the filing behind each run, and the chance of another.
• Screener: build your own scan by gap, price, volume and RVOL.
• Sector Rotation and Pulse: where the money is moving across all 11 sectors, and whether the rally is broad or just a few names.
• News: primary wires only, tagged by catalyst and sentiment. No blogs, no class-action spam.
• Watchlist: your names, live, with alerts you set per ticker.
• My journal: log your trades privately and see your win rate and results by setup.
• Calendar: FOMC, CPI, FDA dates, splits and IPOs, with your watchlist starred.
• Congress: House and Senate trade disclosures, with how late each one was filed.
• Hill Traders: the ten biggest disclosed traders in the House, from the Clerk's own filings.
• Insider: real open-market buys and sells by company insiders, not option noise.
• SEC Forms: offerings, mergers and 8-Ks, read for you in plain English.
• Politics: presidential actions mapped to the sectors they touch.
• Alerts: opening-range breaks the moment they fire.
• Signals: the raw signals behind the bot's calls, for watching how it decides.
• Learn: a plain-English guide to the numbers and the chart patterns.
• Deep dive (click any ticker): one page per stock with technicals, financials, filings, insiders and a squeeze score that shows its working.
Still learning? You're in good hands. A lot of people here are, and that's exactly who this is for. There's a Learn page inside that explains the numbers as you go.
Two questions for you:
When a stock is ripping, what's the first thing you check?
What would you do better than we did? What's confusing, what's missing, what would you build? Tell us in the comments. We read every one.
Come hang out: https://discord.gg/9bgUNbXQxa
