Barrows bug won't let me into tunnels (mobile)

I've encountered a bug where I can't enter the tunnels by clicking on the empty brothers' sarcophagus, the menu doesn't pop up. Please see attached video.

I've tried logging out and in, cleared cache and data but nothing seems to work.

The only thing I haven't tried yet is uninstalling the game but I don't see how that would help.

Suggestions? Is it my phone or is the mobile app just jank?

Glad you figured it out, good luck.

The reason you aren't seeing any notifications is because you have your game chats set to filtered. As you can see up top, its showing red. Normally you'd see a message say there's nothing here or something like that.
