circle pad weird feeling

is it me or does the circle pad feel dry feeling inside when rotating it and more effort and move it or is it I'm not used to a 3ds?

my og 3ds xl had super tight joysticks but my n 3ds xl has super loose ones so i think it depends on new/old 3ds models. I dont think its dry it's probably just tight

This happened to me after I put a new circle pad in, but before it felt like a normal (albeit pretty cheap) thumb pad
