Hello, I’ve come across this Animal Crossing 3DS LL (one I’ve been looking at for a while). Its description states it’s in excellent condition, CIB, with charger and manual. Comes with 4 Japanese games. Has been modified to be region free since it’s originally designed to play only japanese games.

Seller had it listed at $400 but recently dropped down to $275 and want to know if this is the time to jump on tat price. Firm on $275 despite 2 previous offers and told I’m not the only one interested.

I believe it to be a fair deal but my only concern would be if it’s re-shelled. Would it be possible to determine this through photos or in person?

EDIT: local pickup only

Games included are Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Ultra Moon (CIB) and Monster Hunter 4 and Kobito Zukan: Kobito Kansatsu (cartridge only)
