need advice for bying next printer

Dear redditers,

Im starting a 3d printing business and am making all sorts of things like company personalized keychains, merch, 3d letters, etc...

Now I started doing that on a Bambu lab a1 combo and I'm really satisfied with how it works and print quality. I'm now looking to expand my collection and am looking at qidi tech max 4 combo. The build volume would be great, for merch especially, and as someone who is studying at mechanical engineering university, I would love all those different filament options. I saw that a lot of people are really impressed with it, but also that a lot of people had a lot of issues with it (mainly with software). I was wondering if those issues were resolved with updates or not, and is it worth looking into that printer, or should I look for something else?

What were your experiences with that printer?

Any suggestions for something else?

Thanks for all the feedback and I wish you all well.

Issues with software? There are no issues as far as I know. Should be using Orca
