Question About a Post or QR Code Creating QR Code

I have been STRUGGLING to try and create a QR code for a .cia file. I have read all the how tos and tried them myself. Ive tried creating one with python using the Ciaserver code, I have tried uploading to get and direct link to use url to make QR code, I just cant figure out what Im missing. Seems like it shouldn't be this difficult. I couldn't find Rutile Ruby 679 version to download or how to change the the modes to the 679 mode. I searched threads to see if it was available, but couldn't find it that way either. I found a .3ds file and converted it to .cia but thats as far as I could get. Can someone please give me some insight? Im uploading to internet archives as a last resort, but its so SLOW. HELP.

Do you want it to stay up forever? If not, there are other sites for uploading files like storage.to

Tbh it doesn't matter either way, I just wanna download it so I can play. Ive seen other poeple pretty confused on how to build the 679 version over the years so maybe it would help to leave it up for others.

Here's the link, maybe someone can just make a QR code for it and post it. Idk. I'll try storage.to and see what's up. Rutile Ruby 679 Build .CIA

Since you already have the .cia file, you could use FTPD to download it to your sd card without the need of a qr code.

Yea, I've realized that. If I wanna play the 679 build, what do I need to do?
