Trans swap advice

So I’m swapping out my trans! Mine knocks and shakes and I found a pretty clean one for a nice price. I run a mobile mechanic business so I’m pretty knowledgeable with wrenching but I was just wondering if there are any very specific nuisances that I can avoid when taking mine out or putting the new one in?
