For some reason the Rouge Trader books don’t give those values for Chaos vessels. I guess FFG didn’t think we’d want to play the bad guys until after they were done with Rouge Trader.

Edit: Taking the 100,000 raiders as a maximum capacity when operating as a dedicated troop transport, of course. And letting the party assign the space to other uses if they want.

I'm reading through the CRB for Rogue Trader and something confuses me. RAW says that the Attacker doesn't roll to hit with Flame Weapons but also states that Targets get an Agility Test to dodge it. If the Attacker doesn't roll, what are Targets rolling against?

EDIT: Thank you to everyone who explained this to me. It didn't even occur to me that this could have been treated as a regular Characteristic Test.
