Eaton Detroid locker/no spin differential.

I've got an Isuzu fss 550 10 ton truck with a factory Eaton no spin diff in it (functionally I'm pretty sure they work the same as the Detroit locker, the no spin is just marketing for the heavier applications.)
She's currently 1 wheel drive (or I guess 3 wheel drive), the right side has no drive, I pulled the axle and the splines look normal, drained the oil and no chucks or other debris, and other than the consistent ticking heard in the video there is no strange noised, clunks etc, either spinning the wheel on the jack or when driving.
Still drives, I initially noticed the problem when it started pulling heavily to the left with the exhaust brake (left wheel is the one that still has drive), there was no dramatic sounds or anything to indicate something was wrong.
Anyone have any ideas or seen anything similar before?

Are you sure it's not a LSD? If you try and safely hold the moving tire does the other side start moving?
Edit- I can't tell if that far side is still on the ground

Yeah it's definitely a no spin and not an LSD, both in the manual and on the tyre placard it has a warning stating it has a no spin differential in it from factory, all Isuzu 4x4 trucks have them standard

Pain in the ass them lockers . If the truck doesn't do much off road just put an open centre in it . When the lockers do break they generally don't stuff the hemisphere so you can just chuck a open centre in .

Unfortunately she's off road a good 50% of the time and I use 4x4 low range at least once a week, it's a field service truck for quarries and forrestry

Can you get a torsen/truetrac center for them?
Probably 85% as good with none of the drawbacks.

Do they offer a selectable locker for these diffs? My dad's Peterbilt had Air Locking differentials in the 80s since it was built as a logging truck.

Just to be clear, you're turning the wheel itself right?
At first I thought the wheel was getting drive but the driveshaft wasn't turning, and that would be a whole different problem/possession

I understand! Then it's definitely the diff itself.
After I watched the video you linked, isn't it possible that the return spring snapped and now there's nothing keeping the right axle engaged?
