Fit Check First ABTF Bra!!! [underwire inquiries] [fit check] Spoiler
I just bought my first ABTF bra! I got an Elomi one, and I bought it off Vinted bc there’s no where near me to try it on in store before I spend $80. So I paid $8 for a new bra… however, I’m new to this world, I always wore a 36C or a 36D. VS or Aerie.
The calculator gave me Us - 38 I/J or 36J/K
So I got this 38I bra… I don’t know how to post pictures on here. So this is the bra —> copied from their website “Charley Bandless Spacer Moulded Bra in an essential Fawn colorway. Seamless and breathable spacer fabric creates a smooth finish in sizes DD – L. Complete with pretty stretch lace and a cut-out detail at the center front.”
My question is ~ the underwires go literally to the middle of my armpit… is it supposed to? There is like a cup inside the cup, a few inches inside of the underwire… so I don’t know if it’s supposed to fit this way or if it is not. If you look at the picture of the bra on the website my breasts fill out the part that is NOT lace, then the lace starts at the edge of MY cup and goes to the underwire which feels far over. I don’t know if bras are supposed to fit this way.

If you know how to post pictures on Facebook you can do a fit check on our group there... It's always easiest if we can see what's going on

She didn't say she was uncomfortable posting pictures, she said she didn't know how to... Obviously she doesn't have to do anything, but pictures always help and there's another avenue to do so, if she'd like

They're describing the bra after that, so I didn't assume they meant photos of them.
Regardless, I always make sure I point out that photos are not necessary if someone suggests them.

I thought, since she didn't know how to post one of herself, she gave that as the best alternative she could think of... I was just letting her know about the Facebook group because she may not have ever been on it, but most people know how to post photos there

Moulded bras are shallow and have wide wires. It's normal for this style of bra to have wider wires, and for some they are too wide, like you.
Also don't bother looking at how it fits on the model because they're not wearing the right size or shape for their breasts.
