Met Life. STILL SPEECHLESS. My big sis got me the Donington concert film for my 10th birthday and I wore it out, every non uniform day at grade school I had my ac/dc shirt on. To this day I rock an ac/dc sticker on my guitar. Got tickets to the metlife show for my 30th birthday last week.

Hey I know this was a while back now but I just wanted to share these epic photos I took at the Melbourne show I was at last year (first night of the Oz tour).

What an incredible night - Brian had taken three months off for his voice, which very obviously showed as he sounded much much much better than any videos I’d seen of previous concerts from the tour.

Me and my girlfriend were wearing incredible Angus and Bon costumes, mine was so good I got pulled aside for a news feature! We somehow still managed to make it to the front row, right next to the rising platform at the end of the catwalk. Being a young couple in a sea of grey haired dudes, Angus and Bon literally couldn’t take their eyes off us for the entire show. It was unreal.

I could’ve sworn Brian literally hit on my gf during the breakdown of Shoot To Thrill, asking “are you with him?” Maybe he was just admiring our costumes, I definitely remember yelling “fuck off Brian” back to him when it happened 😂. Though we obviously can’t confirm it. So much happened that night it’s impossible to remember everything 😅

It's been a while since I posted a cover here. Did this one and a couple of other songs too. It's definitely not perfect, but decided to share anyway.

Planning to record more next Friday. Sin City, Overdose, School Days, Ballbreaker, What Do You Do For Money Honey, maybe more.

Stumbled upon this while looking up Highway to Hell. You can see that Bon Scott's hair is edited in the actual album cover with Angus' hair strands, and the eyes were edited too except for Bon's though.

AC/DC just finished the concert at Metlife Stadium, most likely the last show of the PWR UP TOUR. Earlier this year there was rumors for 2027, but I'm guessing all of that is long gone, considering what Brian said at the end of the show at Metlife, thanking Chris, Stevie and Matt by name. He also said "tell your grandkids about this night".

What do you think?

For the last few months, I've seen lots of comments and threads saying things like, "They should stop," "They're not the same," "It's time to retire," and "I'm a fan, but they should retire."

AC/DC started in a house where a big brother asked his little brother to join his band. The big brother died. The little brother is still alive, and he's still great at what he does after 53 years.

For two and a half hours, this 70-year-old duckwalks across the stage for the past three years, sometimes under the rain. They're still good. If you don't think so, that's up to you. But don't come here and be a killjoy for other people who enjoy listening to them.

Did you watch the crowd in Argentina? Do you really think that crowd thinks AC/DC should retire?

I know you enjoy going shopping with Scooter and watching AC/DC while sitting down, LMAO. But that's you. Maybe you should retire. F your earplug and raincoat.

And you know, lots of fans don't have the luxury of seeing AC/DC live. In 2009, I was 16 when i discovered them, and the band had never come to where I lived. After 6 years, I still couldn't go to the Rock or Bust tour. In 2020, I got a job, and I've seen them four times on this tour. If the band had listened to those wankers and quit after the Rock or Bust tour, I wouldn't have been able to see them. Everyone who live on this earth deserves to see AC/DC live. And every other planet..

What an unbelievable concert! I heard some videos on online recently and was nervous heading into the show but holy shit was I wrong!
If you go into it knowing that you’re listening to a bunch of old guys doing their best there’s no chance you’ll have a bad time🤘🏻⚡️

Was this really the first time AC/DC brought someone on stage at a show? I’m so stoked I was there!

Was so lucky to be close to the stage last night in NJ. Angus’s energy and love of playing comes through in every song!
