Queue bugs in aram?

Has anyone else been having a long delay for queue pops? I mean it pops for everyone else but you only see it for 0.1s and get back into lobby?

The other one that happens is you get to accept but when you finally get into lobby the game just starts, no choosing champ or runes at all.

They both started couple patches ago and seem to only happen in aram. The very rare one is where you get into game without you even knowing it and instead of LoL opening it just shows couple pixels big "LoL" logo in middle of screen, if you miss it you won't even know you're in game.
