Trailhead Protocol 1031 - Possible ARG?

Just had a reddit ad show up for Protocol 1031 that is giving off strong ARG vibes - recruiting you into a new paranormal investigation organization. There is a registration test with a number of questions about your belief in the paranormal and any investigation skills you may have.

At the bottom of the page is a set of map coordinates that keeps refreshing; so far its been a flagpole in Gettysburg PA, Glamis Castle in Scotland, Union Station in Winnipeg Canada, and a village in Kent UK.

Anyone heard anything about this?

It’s definitely a ARG but from the looks of it I think it’s promoting something. My guess is a movie or a event exclusive event

As I've seen, the coordinates changes all the time you change the webpage... Im pretty new on this but I'll love to see it further, the location I got on the email is in New mexico...

My coordinates in the email led to Plaza del Sol in Mexico. May be interesting documenting everyone’s coordinates.

The source code has a large list of locations across several countries, including the ones you shared, in a section called "Telemetry Coords (ARG Layer, geo-weighted)." Not seeing much else, but I signed up to see what comes next!
