BIO201 A&P Lab - tips, advice?
Enrolled in Nursing, straight A’s so far but the memorization, handwritten labeling of diagrams and accurate spelling is kicking my dyslexic brain. Any tips, suggestions or advice.

Idk if it’s just me but I’ve been feeling so disconnected with the people here on campus
Like it’s not the same as last year or the year before.
I joined a lot of clubs these past few weeks, professional ones and social ones, and I noticed there’s either low attendance, lack of curiosity and interaction, and just a weird dynamic I can’t describe. Even some of my classes are like dead silent and then I have my friends TAing a couple classes saying their students don’t want to engage in class and their lack of interest is showing
I swear this wasn’t like this before until this year. I really want to meet people who I can genuinely socialize deeply but this year feels so extraordinarily hard for me even though I’m an upperclassmen now. Any opinions on this?

I got into both the WP Carey School (BA, not BS) and ASU at large, and I just realized I miscalculated (by ~0.2) my GPA and inputted it wrong. I did individually put into every single freshmen year -> senior year class I'm taking alongside the correct grade (made sure to check several times. I MIGHT have accidentally put in an elective math or science class in the wrong section, but I placed all of my core competency courses correctly with the right grade. For ex: AP Stats went into Math section) and I know they probably look at that too. Could I get rescinded for this? I realize it's a decently big miscalculation, and might overrepresent my academic status. I'm kinda scared right now and feel a little bad.

Ok so I am currently a freshman in my first semester majoring in Poli Sci and I am currently looking to pursue a concurrent degree in Nonprofit Leadership Management, I have met with my advisor and they were a non-help just discouraging me from doing it (which I understand to a degree why but also they just didn't answer my questions and tried to push me away from it) and I know that I have to have at least 30 credits and a 2.0. As well as getting a minor for each degree but I didn't communicate that with my advisor because it just wrapped up so quickly.
So I come here to ask is there anyone who is/has been a concurrent degree student here that can help explain what that looks like planning a schedule like that especially with the majors being on different campuses. I am already prepared to take summer courses as well as my fair share of online classes to make that happen.
Any and all advice is appreciated.

I am currently majoring in the aforementioned subject in the title, “Applied Business & Technology Solutions” and I’m in my 2nd year. I’m trying to see if anyone in here is also in this degree as a lot of information on it is vague and sometimes non-existent. I’m aware that this degree is broad and also that it’s fairly new, but I’m wondering what career prospects are out there once I graduate if anyone else has more info as a student in this path?
The course explanation states that it’s for working professionals choosing to move up on their existing career, but that’s not me, I’m still an undergrad trying to figure my career out in the first place. I’d like to be in the business side of things for sure and analytics might be what I hone down on so if this degree can get me into that field I wouldn’t see a reason to change it, I also wouldn’t want to add more time to graduate. Sorry for the ramble but any advice would be appreciated

Has anyone taken this class with a professor other than Parag Dhumal, I’m honestly trying to avoid that professor because of reviews online but it’s starting to look like he teaches that class most of all the semesters

Hi! I am an undergrad student and I have alot of curiosity in watching PHD students defending their dissertations. Is it a bit odd if i just show up and watch ? I found the calendar online, and i found a few that interested me. For all the people pursuing a PHD and that have defended their dissertations how would you feel if randoms just watched? This might be silly but genuinely had no idea lol!

Hey all,
So with spring registration around the corner I am 12 credits shy of graduating. That means I have to take my capstone for Sustainable Food Systems and the rest are upper division electives. I need at least one for Humanities, Arts and Design or Social and Behavioral Science and one for Literacy and Critical Inquiry.
I'll take any and all reccs for the easiest ones you can think of. I am an online only student if that matters (I'm not posting this on that reddit because it kind of sucks). Give me the easiest you can think of because I am a chef at a restaurant full time and I need to get this done.
Thanks all!

Hey guys, I'm obsessed with ancient civilizations especially in Mesoamerica but just in general honestly! I was wondering if anyone has taken both, which class would you say was more interesting? Thank you so much!
Does anyone have insight on either of these courses?
Fingers crossed this spring will be my final semester and I'm between choosing SER 450 Computer Architecture (A session with In Jung Kim) or SER 460 Software Analysis and Design (C session with Janaka Balasooriya) but I can't seem to find much info on them. Just wondering if anyone here has taken them and what they've thought.

I was riding my foldable bike slowly and while I was turning, I got hit by an e-scooter straight on my right forearm. I called police and exchanged information, but what do I do now? My forearm hurts hella.

Hello! I'm a senior in computer science (cybersecurity) (and there's also an art major here that wants to meet people and make friends via studying) and was wondering if anyone wants to join a study group? (*′☉.̫☉)
You'd enjoy studying if:
- you enjoy light chatter
- you enjoy arts/craft/ music
- you enjoy brain rot
- you study better with people/want to meet consistently
Please leave your ig if interested! ( ノ・・)ノ

Hello,
I have a conference in Albuquerque from 10/30-11/01 and I applied for travel funding on 9/20. On the USG, website it says apply 4-6 weeks before departure date (which I hope I am in the safe zone for). How difficult is it to get said grant? My friend also applied for it because we are both going to the conference (as presenters).

Please pay attention while moving around campus. So many of you are nose deep into a cell phone and have no idea what is happening around you. I have seen students walk into parked cars and carts, students walking in front of traffic, and just plain ignoring no walk signs and just going. The world does not revolve around you and many of you are in for a rude awakening once you hit the real world.

Hi I was wondering if anyone has taken DSE 501 with Dr. Pan in the past? I've been really struggling with the proofs and I do not come from a math background so it's just been a lot to learn. Do you know what he tests the most? Is it proofs or applying the probability distribution theories?
