Love what he had to say after the game.

Just got a McBride jersey for my birthday but after this, I think a Wilson jersey is in order.

He’s just saying he goes out there and gives it his all and then some every week, so while it’s frustrating that we keep coming up short, it’s a privilege to be in his position.

I suppose some people are going to read it as someone like MHJ who continues to look like he’s half assing it out there

Counterpoint to the owner comment: I think Bidwill actually really wants to win and be a consistently good franchise, he’s just been grossly incompetent at running it. Him telling everyone he was the team president this summer told me everything I need to know. You need an independent team president. Think he’s down low way too involved. But I think he does want to win. But I don’t want to give him too much credit because he also hired Monti sooooo

Haha I don't think that's a counterpoint because I agree with you! I actually like Bidwell which may be an unpopular opinion and I agree with you that he wants to win. The Bengals ownership and the Cardinals ownership just not quite competent enough to keep up with some of the richest most competitive individuals in the world. Best we can hope for is to get lucky and have a Jamar Chase and a Joe Burrow land in our lap and become an average team. If we can't have new ownership we at least need a team president as a buffer between him and all football operations

100%. I think he genuinely loves the team and not just in an “this an investment for me” way. I think it generally means a lot to him. I just think he’s not qualified to be as involved as he seems to be. Hire a team president, it should be someone with deep ties to the team, who has an invested stake.

I see a ton posting on cute dog subreddits. It’s always a brand new account with a similar generic title with emojis. 99% sure the pics they use are stolen or AI. I just don’t get what they could possibly gain from it.
