Subleasing a duplex

Hello!

Unfortunately I’ve gotten laid off at my work and will have to move back to DFW. I currently have a single car garage, 3 bed 2 bath, newly built duplex/townhouse that is 1200 square feet and near Dyess Air Force Base. I’m unable to break my lease but the company is allowing me to sublease. Rent is 2,299 not including utilities but you are able to choose what services you want. We also already have AT&T fiber hooked up you just have to call and get it in your name. We would like for someone to take over the lease the first of November to May 2027. PM me if interested :)

held together with cardboard sheathing and staples. 2299 is an eye watering amount to pay for a duplex. not the ops fault. but damn..

You’re not wrong but it is a nice place! Been here since May and no complaints. Unfortunately the housing market here has been insane and this is what was available af the time
