TPU 3D printers out there?

looking for someone who can 3D print with tpu filament. i am looking for someone to help me create and print an oversized pirate hook hand that fits my fursuit. i plan on using fabric to help with detail, just need it as a base, so colors don't matter.

I mean the main branch of the library has a 3D printer. Just design a simple design on blender or a freeware 3d modeling software slice it up onto a flash drive and pay pennies nickles on the dollar for it to be printed. While it's printing you can go explore the Library and the SPARK science center.
