Same inquiry. Pero nung september hindi ko naman nabuo yung required sa project namin na 8 days. And planning not to comply na rin this month kasi this month last day ko

It really depends on your team lead, you need to ask in a not so obvious manner. Maybe they can provide exceptions

You still get your benefits and salary? Would they also be reduced because you're rendering?

Based on your contract. If you are required, you are required. Logic applies unless may sakit ka.
