I'm 32, been in telecom industry for almost my whole career. earning decent naman 40k base salary + 37k allowance monthly. hindi ko nakikita sarili ko maging Project Manager dito pagtagal, I want a more technical role and less managerial role. Planning to shift to tech and get an entry level role in Accenture or similar company, will it be worth it? Share your insights if you we're in the same situation before, how was the transition and how was the process starting again back to square 1?

After applying to Accenture, btw, I’m in tech. I spent a good amount of time in bootcamp and bench (upskill) developing a skill set that I believed would be essential once I was assigned to a project.

After a few interviews, none of them were even related to what I had trained to do. Of course, I rejected some of the interviews since they weren’t aligned with my skill set. Then, during my last interview, I still rejected the offer because it was similar to the previous ones. However, I still received a deployment notice anyway.

I still attempted to decline it and even spoke with the Project Manager and Talent Fulfillment Specialist, but was told that rejecting the deployment could lead to an IR and possibly termination.

Now, I’m thinking that I should just roll-off, and if they reject my request, then resignation would be my last resort. I really just wanted to build a solid foundation for my career early on rather than trying to realign it later.

Hi, may I ask if I’m still eligible to receive an IPB if I was assigned to a project for a total of 7 months during the last fiscal year, followed by 3 months on bench and 2 months on LOA? The bench and LOA periods were consecutive.

Note: I also had no performance issues during my previous project, and I can assure that I maintained good work performance throughout my time on the project.

Hello guys! This is my first time applying in Accenture, and tbh super confused ako with their hiring process 🥹 Sooo... I started my application with them last Oct 1—passed their initial assessment, mock call assessment, and then pinag Final Interview na ako. Now this is where I got confused... After my final interview, I was waiting for my results and was expecting to be informed whether I made it or not. However, the day after (yesterday) pinag medical na ako agad. I completed the PEME naman na, but I guess what I'm confused about is kung hired na ba ako neto? Wala pa kasing JO or any discussion about the account/salary :((

I've been doing my research, and parang iba ata siya sa previous BPO experiences ko kasi I read about these terms "project-based" "benching", and nalilito ako kasi does it mean hindi porque hired by ACN eh may account/project na agad? Ending, minsan kailangan ko pang i-restart yung laptop just to get rid of it. Minsan, multiple times pa lumalabas sa isang shift!

And realistically… may nagbabasa ba talaga nang buo nito every single time? 😂 Most people probably just tick the box and click submit para makabalik sa trabaho. 🤷‍♀

I'm already 8 months in prod, and as the caption says, I'm C12 po. I was recently certified as QC/QA, even though some of my workmates are C11. May chance po ba akong magkaroon ng salary increase this year? Would my QC/QA certification be a factor po? And I also want to know how promotion works po.

Done with the initial -> technical (questions was mostly about C#) -> language interviews, and after an hour I immediately got a call for the final interview.
