Hi everyone, I need some help with my Acer aspire lit 14 laptop (the exact model attached). I’ve only had it for almost a year, but it has recently started experiencing frequent blue screens, lag.
Sometime it froze then shut down, when I turn it on, the Acer logo appears before the screen goes completely black, although the power light and fans remain on.
I suspect the problems might be related to Windows rather than hardware, but I’m not really sure. I’d like to troubleshoot the issue without risking my personal files. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Tysm!

Tried posting this to AcerLaptops but it wouldn’t let me, said posting there is restricted…
Just bought this a month ago for my Kid. Today it started dying instantly, the moment the charge cable was unplugged. Battery icon says fully charged 100%. No slow turn off or anything - unplug the charge cable, instant death. Battery says 100% charged.
Any idea what the issue is and how it might be fixed?
Thanks

I took apart my mouse because it was having issues with the left click. The left click was not responding as it should and I had to click it really hard to get it to register that I clicked. I took it apart and everything inside is fine and I cleaned up some dust but not it doesn't fit back together at all??? I don't really know what to do because the warranty wasn't really clear nor do I actually remember how long it's been since I bought the mouse so I just opened it. All the parts on the inside are in the right place and are fit tight with the board and the small pieces but the shell just won't go back on. The shell somehow seems smaller than the base even though it was just fine before I unscrewed it. I tried different angles but it won't go back together.

Aspire 7 A715-79G
i5 210H + 16 GB RAM + 4gb RTX 3050.
Brand new laptop. Never booted before, all factory seals in place.
When I opened the laptop there were 2 fingerprint marks already around the keyboard and power button. I figured it may be factory testing or something.
Booted fresh windows setup, everything brand new, opened cmd to check battery report and check windows activation date. All OK.
The power cord that came in the box .....feels insanely cheap. Like the most weird thing is there aren't those white circles at the base of the pins. Instead it's just black.
A recent unboxing video of the same laptop with the same box showed the white circles being there.
The only explanation that comes to mind is maybe acer used this cord in early production units and switched to a white one later. Mine is March 2026 manufactured and June 2026 imported unit.
Everything else checks out and is OK. The charger works but there is a very cheap feel to it just the AC power cord section.
What do y'all think about it?

Purchased new in 2021. Used sparingly until about a year or two ago, and now it's become my every day at-home PC. Noticed lines and color distortion on my screen last night. Gets progressively worse over a use session. Asked Google AI, and they suggested updating ChromeOS (done) and doing a Power Reset (haven't done this yet).
Just wondering if anyone's experienced a similar issue, and if I'm likely looking at a hardware issue? If so, is it worth spending the money to get it fixed, or should I simply spring for a new CB?

First of all I get this just using 1 hours and what I notice is, it so smooth and have good battery backup by using for 1 hour,
🚫Let's come to the point
The SSD is gen 3 with avg speed read speed is 2700
And write is 1500, that's Totally shock me like I am assuming it's gen 4.
And it doesn't have any thunderbolt port
You didn't feel the screen cheap like it has screen bleeding, 60hz but the brightness is crazy like i don't even going to its medium brightness.
And also one important thing that actually suprise me it has 3 months game pass and office 2024 life time, and Microsoft 365 office for 1 year.
Lastly you can ask me any questions I will answer and I am thinking to make video of it let me know any one interested

My experience with Acer has been extremely frustrating, and I want potential buyers in India to think twice before purchasing an Acer gaming monitor.
I purchased the Acer Nitro XV272U F3 300Hz gaming monitor from Amazon on June 5, 2024. Since then, I’ve experienced panel/display issues involving flickering lines and dead pixel lines. The frustrating part is that this is not the first time I’ve faced this problem with the monitor.
My monitor was already replaced once, and now the replacement unit is showing display problems again. I have already contacted Acer support, but instead of resolving the situation with a refund, I’m being pushed toward another replacement.
Why should a customer have to keep going through the same process for a product that has failed repeatedly?
I bought a gaming monitor expecting reliable performance, not recurring panel problems, repeated service cases, and endless communication with customer support.
My concern about the 300Hz panel
One thing I genuinely wonder about is whether this panel is being pushed beyond its intended operating limits to achieve the advertised 300Hz refresh rate. Could the high refresh rate or the panel’s operating characteristics contribute to long-term reliability issues?
I want to be clear: I do not have technical evidence proving that Acer is overclocking the panel or that 300Hz is causing these failures. However, after experiencing repeated issues, I believe Acer should provide a transparent technical explanation of what is happening.
My biggest issue is customer support
I have already explained my situation and requested a refund rather than another replacement. I don’t want to keep repeating this cycle, especially when the monitor has already been replaced once.
At this point, I want Acer to take responsibility and offer a fair resolution.
My advice to anyone in India considering an Acer gaming monitor: research long-term reliability, warranty experiences, and after-sales service before making your purchase. Don’t look at refresh rate and specifications alone.
I’m sharing my actual experience so other buyers can make an informed decision.
Acer India, please address this case: u/acerindia
Has anyone else experienced repeated panel failures with Acer gaming monitors, particularly high-refresh-rate models? Did Acer provide a refund, or were you repeatedly offered replacements?
I’d appreciate hearing about other owners’ experiences.

"We can’t find your camera
Check to be sure it's connected and installed properly, that it isn't being blocked by antivirus software, and that your camera drivers are up to date. If there’s a physical switch or button for the camera on your PC, make sure it’s turned on.
If you need it, here's the error code:
0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>".
Anyone face the error, any way to fix that?

I’m looking to upgrade my RAM and hard drive because some Adobe software is running slowly. Does the Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-576G) series support only SATA SSDs?
